Is it possible to return/change a product?
Yes you have 14 / fourteen / days from the date of receiving to return/change the product.
Please write us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and write your bank account and order number.
The product has to be in the same condition, as received, together with the corresponding document. The cost for the returning are for the client.
We DO NOT accept products, which were used ot damaged.
When I will receive the money for the returned product?
When we have received the product, and after the check if the conditions are the same as shipped, you will receive your money within 5 working days after the date of receiving the product.
What to do, if the product I have receive, is not the product I have ordered?
The wrong product will be changed, after we have received it in our office. The cost will be for us. Please write us an e-mail to email@example.com. Do not forget to write also your order number.
