Do I need to register, in order to make an order?

You can order as guest, or as a registered user. Processing of the orders are  in workdays, between 9:00h and 17:00h. If you place your order after 17:00h it will be processed the next working day.

What is your pament method?

We accept bank transfers, epay and PayPal. PayPal is available only for payments in EUR.

What about the delivery?

The delivery company is Econt Express for Bulgaria and Bulgarian post and DPD for Europe. There are two options for Bulgaria, delivery to office of Econt Express or delivery to address. If you want a delivery to Econt Office, please write the desired office address in the comment field. Please check the information below, for the shipping terms.

The international delivery is to your address. For more information, please check the delivery page.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

Yes it is. Please send us an e-mail on orders@abbcrafts.com, up to 24 hours after the confirmation of your order.

What happens, if I receive a product, which is damaged?

The damaged product will be replaces with the new one, after we have received it in our office.  The delivery cost will be payed by us.  Please inform us with email to orders@abbcrafts.com and do not forget to write the number of your order.

Is it possible to return/change a product?

Yes you have 14 / fourteen / days from the date of receiving to return/change the product.

Please write us an email to orders@abbcrafts.com and write your bank account and order number.

The product has to be in the same condition, as received, together with the corresponding document. The cost for the returning are for the client.

We DO NOT accept products, which were used ot damaged.

When I will receive the money for the returned product?

When we have received the product, and after the check if the conditions are the same as shipped, you will receive your money within  5 working days after the date of receiving the product.

What to do, if the product I have receive, is not the product I have ordered?

The wrong product will be changed, after we have received it in our office. The cost will be for us.  Please write us an e-mail to orders@abbcrafts.com. Do not forget to write also your order number.
